BLP to conduct budget hearing, meeting scheduled for Sep. 10

In accordance with the provisions of the General Laws for the local units of government, Part III, Act 43 (2nd Ex. Ses.), the Board of Light and Power of the City of Marquette will hold a public hearing on its 2018-19 operating budget. Such hearing will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday, September 10, 2018 in the Board of Light and Power’s meeting room, 2200 Wright Street, Marquette, Michigan. A copy of the budget document will be available for public inspection during regular hours Monday through Friday at the offices of the City Clerk – City Hall, Marquette, Michigan, the Peter White Public Library, Marquette, Michigan, and the Marquette Board of Light and Power, Marquette, Michigan.

Please note that the Regular MBLP Board Meeting has been changed from Tuesday, September 11 to Monday, September 10 at 4:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the MBLP’s Main Office, 2200 Wright St., Marquette, MI 49855.
