MCACA grant workshop planned

The City of Marquette Arts & Culture Division will host a grant workshop on Wednesday, March 20 from 9 a.m. to noon, organized by representatives from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs (MCACA). The workshop is an opportunity for local organizations and other potential applicants to learn about the grant opportunities available through the MCACA, focusing on guidelines and the online application process. The workshop is free and open to the public; pre-registration or RSVPs are not required.
In addition to the workshop, the MCACA will host an informal town hall listening session from 1 to 3 p.m. to gather feedback from community members as they develop their new strategic plan over the next year.
Both events will take place in the Marquette Arts & Culture Center in the lower level of the Peter White Public Library. For additional questions and information please contact the City of Marquette Arts & Culture Center at 228-0472 or
