Art Week events planned

The City of Marquette is proud to present the 5th Annual Art Week, taking place June 24 to 29!

A week full of special events dedicated to arts and culture, including exhibits, artist receptions, concerts, workshops, demonstration and live performances. Art Week is made possible thanks to collaboration with over 100 local artists, businesses, organizations and other community partners.

Some of this year’s new events include an 8-Hour Comic Challenge, nightly concerts at the Marquette Commons, a special Pine Mountain Music Festival performance at the Presque Isle Band Shell, and a Community Drink & Draw at Ore Dock Brewing Company.

Art Week will also feature favorites from years’ past, including the Downtown Marquette Art Stroll, Fresh Coast Plein Air Painting Festival, and a host of workshops, surprise art installations and more.
