POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

The duties and responsibilities as well as the minimum qualifications are contained in the attached job description.  Must successfully complete in-house training program within three years.  This position may include second and third shifts, and / or weekends. Testing may apply.

RATE OF PAY

Entry $20.63/hr, 6 months $21.88/hr, 1 year $23.06/hr, 2 years 24.31/hr, 3 years $25.53/hr.

Todd Collins, Patrol Officer in the Marquette Police Department, resigned effective Dec. 2. Todd was hired in September of 2008 as a patrol officer. For several years, he has also been one of the department’s two K-9 handlers. With Todd’s resignation, K-9 Skud will also be retired from service.
