Hampton, Lincoln, Magnetic disruptions planned

Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, July 13, Oberstar, Inc. will be removing partial sections of curbing and proceeding with sanitary sewer lateral replacement on the following streets.

  • Hampton Street – Adams to Division – Work to start on July 13
  • Lincoln Avenue – Washington to Bluff – Work to start on July 16
  • Magnetic Street – Lincoln to Eighth – Work to start on July 20

This work is the prerequisite for the milling and re-paving of these streets. This work will be done with intermittent road closures and detours. The public is urged to use extreme caution and follow all traffic control measures. The work is expected to last up to 3 weeks for this phase of the project. Additional announcements will be forthcoming for milling and re-paving activities.
