Zoning Technician in August 2018. Leah has her bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Recreation from Northern Michigan University. In 2003, Leah began working at the City in various part-time and seasonal positions
(Zamboni Driver, Tourist Park Manager, and Water Meter Reader) before being hired by the Community Development Department.
