Nov. 12 Arts and Culture meeting: Participation Details

The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Advisory Committee will hold their regular meeting Thursday November 12, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Due to Executive Order 2020-21, this meeting will be held virtually with Commission members and Staff attending remotely through Zoom video conferencing.

Public Participation
There will be three options for public participation in this meeting: video conferencing, phone conferencing or written comment. There will be one public comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Comments will be limited to three minutes and speakers must give their name and address. Written comments will be limited to 500 words.

Members of the public wishing to make a video comment will need to visit https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86450876361?pwd=ZlZoT0xmRjhhTHZLbEUzTlhhMXFUZz09 on a computer or smart device that has a camera. Members of the public wishing to call in and make a comment over the phone will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter the meeting ID 864 5087 6361

When participating via video or phone conferencing, you will be placed into a virtual lobby/on-hold until the Public Comment portions of the meetings are reached. Once Public Comment begins, the Chair will go through each person waiting in the lobby one at a time and provide them with the opportunity to address the Commission. The video and phone conference lobby will open 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting start time.

Written comments can be submitted to Tiina Morin, Arts and Culture Manager at tmorin@marquettemi.gov. Written submissions will be accepted until 4 p.m. on November 12, 2020
