The Marquette Downtown Development Authority will hold their regular meeting beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 10. This meeting will be held virtually with board members and Staff attending remotely through Zoom video conferencing.
There will be three options for public participation in this meeting: video conferencing, phone conferencing or written comment. There will be one public comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Comments will be limited to three minutes and speakers must give their name and address. Written comments will be limited to 500 word. Members of the public wishing to make a video comment will need to visit https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88400425319 on a computer or smart device that has a camera. Members of the public wishing to call in and make a comment over the phone will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter the meeting ID 884 0042 5319.
When participating via video or phone conferencing, you will be placed into a virtual lobby/on-hold until the Public Comment portions of the meetings are reached. Once Public Comment begins, the Chair will go through each person waiting in the lobby one at a time and provide them with the opportunity to address the Commission. The video and phone conference lobby will open 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting start time.
