March 16 Harbor Advisory Committee Meeting: Participation Details

The March 16, 2021 meeting of the Harbor Advisory Committee will be held virtually, with board members and Staff attending remotely.

Public Participation

There will be three options for public participation in this meeting: video conferencing, phone conferencing, or written comment. There will be one public comment period for the meeting, near the beginning of the agenda. Comments are limited to three minutes and speakers must give their name and address before speaking.

Members of the public wishing to call in and make a comment over the phone will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter the meeting ID: 839 8824 8995   Passcode:  mqthac

The video and phone conference lobby will open at 5:05 p.m. on March 16, 2021. When participating via video or phone, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room until the Public Comment portions of the meetings are reached. Once Public Comment begins, the chair will go through each person waiting in the lobby, providing the opportunity to address the full board. It is recommended participants follow the along on YouTube to know when the Public Comment portion is nearing, and to be ready to comment.

Written comments will be presented to the board during the meeting and can be submitted by emailing mianderson@marquettemi.gov. Written submissions will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on March 16, 2021.
