Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, May 17, Hewitt Avenue between Spruce Street and Pine Street will be closed to through traffic. This is the beginning of phase one of a three-phase project to replace utilities and reconstruct Hewitt Avenue – between Spruce Street and Pine Street – and Pine Street – between Hewitt Avenue and Prospect Street.
