Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting: Participation Details

The May 17, 2021 Parks & Recreation Advisory Board meeting will be held virtually at 5:30 p.m. with Committee members and Staff attending remotely through Zoom video conferencing.


Public Participation

There will be three options for public participation in this meeting: video conferencing, phone conferencing, or written comment. There will be one public comment period at the beginning part of the meeting. Comments will be limited to three minutes and speakers must give their name and address.

Members of the public wishing to call in and make a comment over the phone will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter the meeting ID (870 3612 4609).


The video and phone conference lobby will open at 5:20 p.m. on May 17, 2021. When participating via video or phone conferencing, you will be placed into a virtual lobby/on-hold until the Public Comment portion of the meeting is reached. Once Public Comment begins, the meeting organizer will go through each person waiting in the lobby one at a time and provide them with the opportunity to address the Committee.

Written comments can be submitted by emailing amaciver@marquettemi.gov. Written submissions will be accepted until 3 p.m. on Monday, May 17, 2021.
