College Avenue Reconstruction Closure

Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 College Avenue will be closed to traffic between Second and Third Street.  Work on this section of roadway is expected to last three weeks.  This is the final phase of the College Ave. project.

A detour route will be provided.  The public is advised to use caution when traveling through this area and to be alert for construction, detour, and advisory signing.

Project plans can be accessed at the City of Marquette Engineering website under the Hewitt Ave., Pine St., Front St., College Ave., Project link.

Smith Construction is the general contractor for this project.

The City of Marquette asks for your patience during the construction process.
