Call For Artwork

The City of Marquette Office of Arts and Culture invites local community members of all ages to submit a ready-to-hang 2D art piece inspired by the subtle signs of spring in the U.P. and the beauty that comes with the changing of seasons. Artwork will be installed in City Hall through the end of May.

Artwork will be accepted until Friday March 17, 2023. Please drop off submissions at the Marquette Arts and Culture Center, located in the lower level of the Peter White Public Library, during office hours (Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.). All work must be original, appropriate for all ages, and ready to hang on gallery cable and hook system. Any medium, including poetry broadsides, are welcome as entries.
