Upper Peninsula Arts & Culture Alliance to Host Fall Reception and Quarterly Meeting in Negaunee

The Upper Peninsula Arts & Culture Alliance (UPACA) will host its Fall Reception and quarterly board meeting in Negaunee, Michigan, on November 14-15, 2023. The event features a public tour of Downtown Negaunee, a connection reception, and an alliance board meeting, all open to the public.

On November 14 at 5:00pm, a Public Tour of Downtown Negaunee will begin at Upper Peninsula Brewing Company (342 Rail St.), showcasing the city's rich culture and history. Following the tour, at 5:30pm, the UPACA Connection Receptionwill kick off back at Upper Peninsula Brewing Co., providing a networking platform for local officials, creatives, and cultural advocates.

The reception will also unveil the results from the Arts & Economic Prosperity 6 study. This study showcases the impact of nonprofit arts and culture organizations on both national and regional communities, as revealed through a U.P.-specific survey conducted by UPACA and its partners.
