Woodland Avenue Closure to Through Traffic

Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024, Woodland Avenue between Wright Street and Center Street will be closed to thru traffic for sewer and water service replacement work.  The service replacement work is anticipated to last several weeks. Residents within the closure area will receive information from Smith Construction regarding parking and driveway access.

This work is a part of the City’s annual Street Improvement & Paving project and is a prerequisite for the resurfacing of the street. The public is urged to use caution and follow all traffic control measures. Additional announcements will be made regarding the upcoming resurfacing activities.
