Marquette's first Citizens Academy will be held in Fall 2024
Participants will meet once weekly on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. at a city building for presentations and tours of city functions. There will be a different guest each week to present on their work in the city. At the end of the 8 week program, there will be a graduation ceremony at a City Commission meeting.

Learn from the people working in the City about how the City works! Receive special presentations and materials about the inner workings of Marquette's City government.
Special Guests
Enjoy presentations by City staff including members of the City Commission, the City Manager, the City Clerk, and more!
Graduation
After attending all sessions, participants will get to graduate at a City Commission meeting in the fall!
