The Land Development Code (LDC) was adopted on 02-11-2019 by the City Commission and is in effect as of 02-23-2019. The most recent update is effective starting January 21, 2021. The LDC may be accessed online from the Zoning division page or from the homepage links to City Codes. Chapter 54 of City Codes is now dedicated to the LDC, which includes zoning, sign, fence, and land division standards.
