Walkers will start at Mattson Lower Harbor Park, then proceed north on the multi-use path to Shiras Park and return along the same route.

Recently, "No Parking at any time" signs have been installed on Peter White Drive in the areas of Black Rocks and Sunset Point on the island. Problems with vehicles parked on the roadway in that area have made it difficult for vehicles to pass through and for emergency vehicles to respond to incidents on the island.
