BP26-01 - "SIMP and Fisher Street Watermain Replacement Project MQ26-101"
The City of Marquette is requesting that interested bidders submit proposals for the following described project:
Street Improvements and Bituminous Paving
A. This project consists of re-constructing HMA pavements, which includes cold-milling, pavement/existing base and subbase removal, structure cover adjustment, curb work, HMA pavement and base placement, and over band crack filling. Restoration of all disturbed lawn and grassy areas is included.
Fisher Street Water Main Replacement
B. This project also consists of the replacement of approximately 314 ft of watermain on Fisher Street. The watermain replacement will include water service reconnection, earth excavation, pavement removal, road re-building and HMA placement.
The bid documents can be viewed, and bids must be submitted online, through the Bid Express service at bidexpress.com.
No paper or emailed bids will be accepted.
All bidders must follow all instructions on the Bid Express solicitation. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the bid. All bids must be received by Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., after which time bids will be opened and read aloud in Room 203 of the Municipal Service Center at 1100 Wright Street. Bid tabulations will also be available on Bid Express after the public opening.
RFP26-01 - "City of Marquette Sustainable Tourism Plan"
The City of Marquette requests the submission of proposals from land use planning consulting firms to prepare a Sustainable Tourism Plan. The RFP deadline will be on February 27, 2026 at 2:00p.m. All mailed bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly identifying the bid title.
