Approximately 456 homes remain without power as MBLP crews continue restoration efforts. MBLP crews are in the field working through difficult conditions, including downed trees, ice, wind, broken poles, and snow drifts.![]()

For emergency warming shelters availability in the area, please contact the American Red Cross Hotline at 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767).

The American Red Cross has set up an emergency overnight warming shelter in Baraga Gym for those impacted by the blizzard power outages. To access the shelter use the entrance at the Marquette Police Department and follow signage to the gym. If you need specific accommodations or have questions, please contact the American Red Cross at 1-800-RED-CROSS.![]()
