Beginning October 18, 2023 a temporary detour will be in effect on Peter White Dr. at Presque Isle to facilitate installing the Presque Isle Arch until completion of the project. Vehicles will be routed through the Presque Isle boat launch.

Marquette City Manager Karen Kovacs will hold her next community office hours on Wednesday, November 13 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Shiras Room, on the top level of Peter White Public Library.
Last night Commissioners Gottlieb and Ottaway were sworn in following their election last Tuesday and the Commission unanimously voted to appoint Commissioner Hanley and Schloegel as the 2024-25 Mayor and Mayor ProTem team.
