Passport Parking App Update

PASSPORT PARKING APP UPDATE

Downtown Marquette parking customers who use the iPhone version of the Passport Parking app to pay for parking in downtown may currently be experiencing difficulties with paying for parking. If this happens, a manual update of the app may be required. To remedy this, access the App Store via your iPhone and search for the Passport Parking app. When you tap on the icon for Passport Parking, you will be taken to the description page for the app, where you should be shown the need to update your app. Tap the blue “update” button to prompt your phone to update the app. This manual update requirement appears to only be affecting iPhone users. We appreciate your patience in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
