As part of an ongoing City Street Improvement Project, Payne & Dolan, Inc. will begin asphalt resurfacing on Friday, August 16, 2024. This process involves milling the existing asphalt surfaces followed by repaving. The following streets are included in this project:
•Ridge Street - High to Spruce
•Pine Street – Hewitt to Ridge
•Hewitt Street – Seventh to Fourth
•Woodland Avenue – Center to Wright

Milling is scheduled for Friday August 16 through Monday August 19.
Paving is scheduled for Thursday September 5 through Saturday September 7.
Work will occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (or as needed). Vehicular and pedestrian access to homes will be maintained. The work will be completed by means of short duration road closures, road detours, and flag control. The public is urged to use extreme caution and follow all traffic control measures.
