The regular meeting of the City of Marquette Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Board has been changed from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., effective April 16, 2025 and all future meetings. The meetings will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Municipal Service Center, 1100 Wright Street, Marquette, MI. 49855 on the third Wednesday of each month.

Waste Management could not complete recycling pickup on some streets on Friday 1/9 due to the snowstorm. Residents on Fitch, Elm, Kildahl, West, Elder, Birch, Lynn, Center, and Garfield should put carts back out by 10 PM on Sunday, January 11 for pickup early Monday, January 12.

Approximately 456 homes remain without power as MBLP crews continue restoration efforts. MBLP crews are in the field working through difficult conditions, including downed trees, ice, wind, broken poles, and snow drifts.![]()
