The Thursday, September 11 and Thursday, September 18 meetings of the E-bike and Multi-use Path Network Task Force have been canceled.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, September 25 at 5:30 p.m. in Room #103 at City Hall.

Beginning Monday, September 22, Smith Construction will be closing Presque Isle Avenue between Waldo Street and Kaye Avenue and Fair Avenue between Presque Isle Avenue and Third Street. A signed detour route will be provided around the closure using Wright Street, Lakeshore Boulevard, Fair Avenue, Third Street, and Kaye Avenue. The closure is required for utility service connections for the new Northern Michigan University apartment buildings. The closure is anticipated to last two weeks during which time access to homes and businesses will be maintained.
