Pine Street Closure for Shamrock Sprint

Queen City Running Company will be holding a one mile running race on Pine Street between Ridge Street and Lakeshore Boulevard on Thursday, March 12. Runners will begin lining up at the start at 5:55 p.m. and the race will start at 6:00 p.m.

The race will be led by a police vehicle and Pine Street will be briefly closed to traffic while the race passes through. Volunteers will be stationed at each intersection on the course and police will be directing traffic at Pine Street and Lakeshore Boulevard. Pine Street will be reopened to traffic as the race passes through. The overall closure time is expected to be less than 20 minutes. Ridge Street will remain open to traffic. 

Motorists are asked to take caution when traveling in the area.
