Adopt-a-Hydrant

Due to the recent large accumulation of snow in the City, the Marquette City Fire Department is asking residents to help out by Adopting a Fire Hydrant. This program is straightforward. We are asking residents to pick out a fire hydrant close to their house or in their neighborhood and keep the area directly around the fire hydrant shoveled and accessible to us in the event of a fire.

Please consider Adopting a Hydrant in your neighborhood, this one simple act could make a difference for you or a neighbor.
