Halloween Spectacle Rescheduled to Oct. 29

Due to forecasted rain, the Halloween Spectacle will take place Sunday, Oct. 29. The
performance will ignite the 600 block of West Bluff Street, north of Harlow Park,
between North Seventh and Morgan streets, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The opening
procession has been cancelled. The Spectacle is free and open to all ages.

Harlow Park provides the perfect back drop for this year’s Spectacle. Equipped with
built-in hillside “bleachers,” to enjoy performances. If attending, bring a blanket or tarp
for your seat. This year’s theme is the four elements. Don your costume and join the
queens of Earth, Water, Air and Fire. Fire dragons, Italian opera, lunar moths, witches,
