Pamela Greenleaf, Administrative Assistant for the Department of Municipal Utilities has announced her retirement effective Sept. 30 after 34 years of public service. Pam started with the City in 1984 in the Clerk’s Office and promoted to Clerk/Typing Receptionist, Engineering Secretary and Community Development all prior to her most recent/current position in Municipal Utilities.
