The Peter White Public Library Board of Trustees work session scheduled for July 25 has been canceled due to lack of business.
The Marquette Downtown Development Authority Board will be participating in a tour of infrastructure in need of repairs in Downtown Marquette. No official business of the DDA will be conducted. The tour will begin on Thursday, July 20, at 8:00 a.m. departing from Marquette Commons, 112 S. Third St.
The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board (PRAB) meeting scheduled for July 17, 2023 has been canceled. The next scheduled meeting is August 21, 2023.Â
The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Advisory Committee’s December meeting, originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 1 at 5:30pm has been rescheduled to Tuesday, August 8 at 5:30pm.

The meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at the Municipal Service Center, 1100 Wright Street, Marquette, MI. However, the July meeting will be held on a Wednesday.
The City of Marquette’s Election Board has scheduled a meeting for Thursday, July 13 at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall, Commission Chambers located at 300 W. Baraga Ave.

Beginning Monday, July 10, Presque Isle Park walking hours on Monday and Wednesday evenings will be from 6 p.m. to close of the park. This is an extension from the current walking hours of
6 p.m.- 8 p.m. on those evenings.
Norwood Street will be closed to through traffic between Fitch Avenue and Longyear Avenue for a sanitary sewer lateral replacement. The project will take place from Friday, July 7 through Tuesday, July 11.
