NMU Trail Run

On Saturday, September 30, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Northern Michigan University will be hosting a run utilizing the multi-use path and crossing City streets.

The run starts at the trailhead on the NMU campus and heads north to the roundabout at Wright Street and Sugarloaf Avenue, north along the multi-use path to the tourist park entrance road (Powdermill Road), through Tourist Park to the Dead River Bridge, under the bridge to the North County and NTN Trails and returning to the start following the same route.

No roads will be closed; however, motorists are asked to take caution in this area and to be alert for runners crossing the street.
